By booking with me you are agreeing to my terms and conditions. Please read before booking

Deposits and Payments

A £60 deposit is taken to reserve your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the balance will be paid two weeks before your wedding date. 

All payments are to be made by bank transfer.

If payment isn't made before your wedding date, LW Makeup will take this as their services are no longer needed.

Client Information

It is the client's (person making the booking) responsibility to inform LW Makeup of any allergies/illnesses that may affect makeup application. This includes informing LW Makeup of any additional person on the booking (eg, bridesmaids, mother of the bride) if they have any allergies/illnesses LW Makeup should be aware of. LW makeup will not be liable for any allergic reactions. 

LW Makeup has the right to cancel or refuse your booking at any time. LW Makeup also holds the right to refuse makeup application on anyone deemed to be a health risk (eg, cold sores, colds, anything that is contagious) 

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable so you will not receive your deposit back. 

If you wish to move the date of your booking, the deposit is non transferable so an additional deposit will be required to secure your new date. If LW Makeup is unavailable on the date you wish to rebook for, you will lose your deposit.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the date of your booking, you will not receive a refund on the total balance. This is due to LW Makeup incurring losses from turning other bookings away on your reserved date.

If in the unlikely event LW Makeup has to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued.
